Ulrica Fors has served as the CEO of AS FORS MW since 2019, but her journey in Estonia began in 1998 when she became chairman of the Board and later served for 13 years as the Market Manager. FORS MW is an Estonian company with Swedish ownership and management, established in 1992. It operates a full-scale production facility in Saue and manufactures products for the agricultural and forestry sectors.
Hans is living in Haugesund at the west coast of Norway. He and has an engineering background from University of Agder and previously working mainly with manufacturing of ship’s and offshore equipment. Former experience includes working in the maritime industry in Singapore and investing in the real estate market in Bulgaria between 2006 – 2019.
Today he is the CEO of Karmsund Group AS, Norway. Karmsund Group operates in the field of maritime logistics and services to the aquaculture and offshore industry in Norway. Hans first visited Estonia in 2001, and Karmsund Group established their first company in Estonia in 2002, initially in production, but today’s primary focus is real estate

With a background in molecular biology and an MBA, he brings both scientific and business expertise, along with a strong commitment to strengthening cooperation within the Scandinavian–Estonian business community.

Veikko is member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2005. In its legal practice Veikko is focusing on cross-border transactions, real-estate law as well as assisting foreign companies to have successful business in Estonia. Since 2025, Veikko is actively dedicating into the strategic management of Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce.
In the Council on the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Veikko will be aiming on strengthening communication and collaboration between Scandinavian and Estonian business communities.
Originally from Finland, he pursued his studies in Tampere, Turku, and Helsinki, and went on to spend 27 years working in Stockholm.
He has been based in Estonia for the past eight years and is currently responsible for cargo sales at Tallink Grupp.
Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, he also speaks English, Estonian, and German, and brings with him a strong network across the Nordic and Baltic region.
