Janar Sutt is a Founding Partner at Baltic Consulting Team with over 15 years of experience in management consulting. During his tenure at the Swedish Trade Council / Business Sweden Baltikum, he supported numerous Swedish companies in navigating the Baltic markets.

Janar has extensive experience in advisory assignments, including market research, customer and supplier mapping and providing operational business support. He is also engaged in numerous Swedish initiatives in Estonia and Estonian initiatives in Sweden.

Marco is a self-made entrepreneur with life-long experience in the added-value wood industry and over 20 years of focus on the Baltic States. He co-founded SBM FastWood OÜ in 2010 and nowadays the Company’s product range consists mainly of modified wood materials and engineered products tailormade for the project and building market and for other international market segments that require solutions with high levels of quality, performance, flexibility and customer service.

Being half Danish and half Italian, and having lived in both countries earlier, Marco has a multicultural background and speaks several languages.
