To celebrate Valdemars Day – the day when, according to legend, the Danish flag Dannebrog fell from the sky over what is now Estonia – the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce partnered with DFDS to offer members a unique experience at sea.
Hosted at the DFDS terminal in the Port of Paldiski, this exclusive event brought together chamber members and their families for a behind-the-scenes tour of a DFDS vessel. Participants were welcomed aboard and guided through key areas of the ship, including the Captain’s bridge and passenger cabins. The tour offered fascinating insight into life and operations at sea, sparking curiosity and excitement among both children and adults.
The day concluded with coffee and light snacks in one of the onboard cafés, providing a relaxed setting for informal conversation and networking.
