Scandinavian Crayfish Party 2026 🦞

It is once again time for one of our favourite Chamber traditions – the Scandinavian Crayfish Party!

Following last year’s successful evening, we are returning to Sazerac for another night filled with crayfish, good company, networking and, of course, traditional Swedish snapsvisor.

And these are not just any crayfish! They are personally caught by Cecilia at her family’s farm in Östergötland, Sweden, before beginning their journey to Estonia.

From Östergötland to Tallinn, our precious cargo will make its way across the Baltic Sea by cargo bike and ferry – with a lot of help from our friends and members at Tallink, who once again help us bring this very Swedish tradition all the way to Tallinn. A big thank you to Tallink for making the journey possible!

For various practical reasons, we have had to do things a little differently this year and hold our Crayfish Party on a Friday. We hope you’ll agree that this might not be such a bad thing – and perhaps even a good excuse to fully enjoy the evening!

What to expect

🦞 Hand-caught Swedish crayfish from Östergötland
🥧 Traditional Västerbotten pies and accompaniments
🥖 Bread and other treats
🥂 Welcome drink & snacks
🥃 Aquavit
🎶 Plenty of snapsvisor – start practising!

We will start at 17:00 and finish at 22:00.
