Annual General Meeting and NB8 Dialogue at Metropol Spa Hotel

On 5 March, members of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce gathered at Metropol Spa Hotel in Tallinn for the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting 2026.

The evening began with a dialogue session on Nordic–Baltic cooperation, organised together with representatives from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and members of the diplomatic corps. As Estonia currently holds the NB8 presidency, the discussion focused on the priorities of the Nordic–Baltic cooperation and the strategic importance of strengthening collaboration between the Nordic and Baltic countries.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to Celia Kuningas from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as to the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish ambassadors, for joining the discussion and engaging with our members.

Following the dialogue session, members gathered for the formal Annual General Meeting, where the Chamber reflected on the past year and discussed priorities for the year ahead.

During the meeting, we also thanked several Council members for their dedicated work and contributions. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Kristiina Koel, Janar Sutt and Ksenia Bogdanova for their valuable engagement and support over the past year.

At the same time, we are pleased to welcome three new Council members: Helena Almqvist, Koit Arro and Tommy Lindroos. We look forward to working together with the Council to continue developing the Chamber and strengthening the Scandinavian business community in Estonia.

A warm thank you to all members who participated in the AGM. Many also stayed afterwards for informal networking and refreshments, which created a relaxed and welcoming conclusion to the evening.

We look forward to an exciting year ahead and to continuing to build connections within the Scandinavian–Estonian business community.
