Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Members of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, taking place on 5 March at Metropol Spa Hotel.
This year’s AGM will be preceded by a special dialogue session with representatives from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and members of the diplomatic corps. As Estonia currently holds the Presidency of the NB8 (Nordic-Baltic Eight), they are keen to engage directly with our members to share insights on the current priorities of the NB8 cooperation and to hear your perspectives.
The MFA and ambassadors are particularly interested in learning how our members experience doing business and making investments in Estonia, and how Nordic–Baltic cooperation can further support the business community.

An open and interactive discussion with the Estonian MFA and diplomatic representatives.
🕔 17:30 – Annual General Meeting 2026
The AGM is an important moment for our community, where members participate in key decisions, including the approval of reports and accounts, the election of the Council, and discussions around the Chamber’s strategic direction for the year ahead.
Following the formal meeting, participants are invited to stay for informal networking and refreshments at Chat Restaurant, located within the Metropol Hotel. This will be a relaxed opportunity to continue discussions, strengthen connections, and engage with fellow members and partners.
