Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Members of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, taking place on 5 March at Metropol Spa Hotel.
The AGM is an important moment for our community, where members have the opportunity to participate in key decisions, including the approval of reports and accounts, the election of the Council and discussions around the Chamber’s direction going forward. It is also a chance to help shape the focus and priorities for 2026.
To make the evening both engaging and rewarding, we are planning additional activities before and after the formal meeting. Ahead of the AGM, we are exploring the possibility of a short inspirational session related to networking and community-building, offering practical insights and a good warm-up for the evening.
Following the AGM, participants are invited to stay for informal mingling and after-work networking at Chat Restaurant, located within the Metropol Hotel. This will be a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow members, continue conversations, and exchange ideas in a friendly setting.
