Visit to the Estonian Employers Confederation House

May 20 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Estonia invites members to an exclusive visit to the Estonian Employers’ Confederation (EEC), the country’s leading business advocacy organization. Representing over 2,000 companies and employing more than 250,000 people, the EEC plays a pivotal role in shaping Estonia’s economic and labor policies.
During our visit, we will be welcomed at the Confederation’s house in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, where we will:
- Receive an introduction to the Estonian Employers’ Confederation, including their activities and current focus areas.
- Hear insights into Estonia’s labor market trends, including key workforce challenges and regulatory developments.
- Learn about specific topics of interest to international businesses operating in Estonia, such as labor law updates, talent attraction and retention strategies, and ongoing national initiatives.
- Participate in an open discussion and exchange perspectives with the Confederation’s representatives.
The EEC is also actively involved in reducing administrative burdens for businesses, having submitted numerous proposals to the government to streamline regulations and cut red tape.
This visit offers a valuable opportunity for international companies operating in Estonia to engage directly with the EEC, understand the evolving business landscape, and participate in discussions that influence the country’s economic environment.
