1991 - Establishment of SCCE

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Estonia (SCCE) was established in 1991 and is the oldest of the three former Chambers. SCCE had a mission to strengthen Swedish-Estonian business relations. Over the years, SCCE has grown to unite more than 80 member companies from Estonia, Sweden, and beyond, creating a vibrant community focused on networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.

2007 - Establishment of NECC

Established in 2007, the Norwegian-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (NECC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting businesses with Norwegian-Estonian ties. NECC serves as a membership-based network for companies with Norwegian share capital, management, or cooperation interests in Estonia.

Through professional networking events, seminars, and valuable information sharing, NECC promotes Norwegian companies, expertise, and business values while fostering strong connections between Norway and Estonia.

2007 - Establishment of DECC

The forerunner of the Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce, the Danish-Estonian Business Club, was founded in 1996 as an informal forum for Danish businessmen in Estonia. Since the establishment of the Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce in September 2007, the chamber has received a very positive and supportive response from the business community in Estonia, as well as in Denmark. Chamber members representing a wide range of industries. The chamber is fully funded by its members and income generated by its activities.

2025 - Merger and Establishment of Scandinavian Chamber

Marking a new chapter, the Scandinavian Chamber is formed through the merger of SCCE, DECC, and NECC. This milestone unites businesses from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Estonia, creating a stronger, more dynamic network to foster collaboration, innovation, and opportunity for all members.
