Neander Consulting was founded two years ago but has over 20 years of experience in leadership and organisational development. We have developed and sold leadership development programmes that have been used by over 200 certified consultants in seven different languages. Our operations have spanned Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Los Angeles, Paris, New Delhi, Sydney, and many other locations worldwide. Altogether, we estimate that over 5,000 participants have completed one of our programmes in the series Dimensions of Leadership. Today, our focus is on Sweden and our headquarters are located in central Tallinn, with plans to once again expand into more countries.

We work with leadership at three different levels: executive leaders (e.g. owners and CEO:s, middle managers, and self-leadership.
