We recently had the pleasure of visiting Manpower Estonia for an insightful session on the future of work, based on global data from over 12,000 workers and 40,000 employers across 41 countries.
The session offered a clear perspective on how the workplace is evolving, highlighting trends such as the emergence of hybrid teams combining human talent, AI, and external expertise, as well as the increasing importance of continuous upskilling. As technology continues to reshape the way we work, soft skills are becoming even more valuable, and traditional employment models are gradually giving way to more flexible structures.
The discussion also touched on the broader implications for businesses operating in Estonia and the Nordics, and how organisations can adapt to remain competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
A big thank you to Kirke Altrov, Heigo Kaldra, Ken Leinus, and the entire Manpower team for hosting us and sharing their insights.
